A new political service creating a platform for local participation.
Open Lobby is a new service collecting issues and wishes on the street. Communicating it to the head of the district and gathering signatures and local site specific stories to gain political pressure.
This project aims to generate interest in politics and rethink current political structures.
The term "lobby" is oftentimes being related with corruption and fraud, whilst if it is done properly it is just the representation of interests and simply a democratic tool. The problem lies within the distribution of lobbying organisation mainly favoring the corporate site. Further approaching politicians proves to be obscure and boring. By using a pop up stand, in form of a bicycle trailer, I invited people to have political discussion while enjoying a glass of sweet apple juice...
